Hi, I’m Tarun — a proud member of the Winnipeg community and a passionate real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Preferred Real Estate.
Eight years ago, I moved to Canada with my family, chasing a dream and building a new life from the ground up. That experience taught me resilience, adaptability, and the value of community—and it’s those same lessons that now drive me in my real estate career. I know what it’s like to feel the excitement (and sometimes overwhelm) of finding the right home in a new place, and I’m here to help others navigate that journey with confidence, care, and clarity.
With a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba, I bring a strong foundation in business, finance, and marketing to everything I do. But what really sets me apart is my people-first approach. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients, understanding their stories, and being part of such an important milestone in their lives—whether it’s buying a first home, upsizing for a growing family, or investing for the future.
Real estate isn’t just business for me—it’s personal. I come from a close-knit family, and I understand how much a home means beyond bricks and walls. It's a place where memories are made, where kids take their first steps, and where we gather with the people we love most. That’s why I take my role seriously and always aim to make the process feel as smooth, honest, and empowering as possible.
Outside of work, I stay active and curious—playing sports, exploring Winnipeg’s scenic trails, and spending time outdoors whenever I can. Photography is another passion of mine; it allows me to slow down, see beauty in everyday life, and tell visual stories that reflect the spaces we live in. My golden retriever, Scooby, is often by my side on these adventures, keeping things fun and energetic.
Whether you're just starting out, looking for your forever home, or considering a smart real estate investment, I’d be honoured to be a part of your journey. Let’s connect—and find the place that feels like home.
