Jas was born and raised in Punjab, India, and completed his Bachelor of Education in 2005. After teaching mathematics for 3 years, he moved to the United Kingdom in 2009 and earned an MBA from the University of Sunderland. He embarked on an exciting professional journey by joining the London School of Business (LSBF) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. After working more than 4 years with LSBF, Jas moved to Winnipeg, MB as an International Student and completed a Human Resources Management Diploma in 2016.
In Winnipeg, Jas continued his professional career in the Talent Acquisition profession and has worked in this field for the last ten years for Internet, Manufacturing, Transporation, Supply Chain, Fasion, Retail, and Automotive Industries.
Simultaneously, Jas acquired his certification as a real estate agent, further diversifying his portfolio. In 2023, he became a licensed Realtor® in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He takes enormous satisfaction assisting clients to achieve their real estate goals.
With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Jas has honed a skill set that compliments his real estate profession. Diplomacy, listening with intention, negotiating contracts and marketing are what he brings to his role as Realtor®.
His dedication to witnessing others flourish is apparent in his dealings, as he acknowledges in cultivating a territory where everyone can thrive. Jas has lived in Winnipeg since 2016 and enjoys exploring all that the city has to offer with his wife and son. In his free time, he enjoys biking the many trails that connect the city, working out at the gym, Bhangra (Punjabi dance), cooking, and playing cricket in the MB Cricket League. Exposing his children to cultural events, like Folklorama and being involved in the community has played a part of Jas’s experience since moving to the city.
